About ClubCollect

The traditional annual membership fees collection process is pain to many (sports) clubs. It involves a lot of manual labor, room for error and some fees may even remain uncollected. ClubCollect solves this problem by automating this process and by offering consumers a way to pay their fees in instalments. It is a web-­based system which processes invoices and Internet payments such as SEPA direct debits, credit cards and specific local payment schemes. ClubCollect is a logical extension of the club’s current financial software and existing membership management system. It increases the collection rate and creates healthier clubs and happier members. ClubCollect also pre-finances membership fees in cooperation with a European Banking Partner by means of “sports factoring”.
