Five Degrees acquired by Topicus
Total Specific Solutions (TSS) and Topicus, both part of Topicus.com Inc, have successfully completed the acquisition of cloud core banking provider Five Degrees Holding B.V. Five Degrees’ former Libra/Matrix Lending & Securities platform will continue as Five Degrees Iceland and become part of TSS whereas Topicus acquires FiveDegrees’ Matrix and Neo platform. The acquisition enables Topicus to strengthen and integrate its financial services offering in Western Europe and North America.
